When Buck bites Woody, Zack sarcastically tells him that he is developing the characteristics of a rat, leading Woody to create a superhero alter ego – Ratman, in a new episode of “The Suite Life on Deck,” premiering FRIDAY, JULY 9 @ 8/7c on Disney Channel!!
